Are these actually free, or just a trial?
Free forever on the plans linked above, no credit card, no expiring trial. Most of these apps also have paid tiers with more users or features, but the free tier keeps working indefinitely.
Do I need all of these at once?
No, start with whichever solves today's problem (usually Zoho CRM or Zoho Bookings) and add the others as you need them. That's the same one-business-goal-at-a-time approach Zoho recommends in its own onboarding guide, see our Zoho's Recommendations page.
